Jesse started Ross Residential Management to help landlords and owners provide the best possible experience for their tenants. We strive to answer all tenant questions and resolve all issues as promptly and professionally as possible, while acting in the best interest of our clients.

 

By streamlining tenant relations via standardized RTB forms, providing documented communication with all vendors, tenants and suppliers, and overseeing all onsite maintenance, Ross Residential Management seeks to provide peace of mind for owners and tenants. We pledge to keep our operations nimble and give your building the full attention it deserves.

We manage residential properties in downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, Fairview, Mt. Pleasant and West Point Grey - these are the neighborhoods we can reach quickly in an emergency and be onsite when needed.
